Umrah Visa Process
To apply for your Umrah Visa, you are required to send us the following documents:
- A clear scanned copy/image of your passport first and second page
- A recent passport-size photograph with a blue background
In approximately 99% of cases, Umrah e-Visas are normally approved within 24 to 48 hours after application submission. However, in some cases, the visa status may appear as “Send to Embassy.”
If this happens, the pilgrim may need to complete biometric verification and the passport/visa documents must be submitted to the Saudi Embassy Islamabad through the official dropbox process for visa stamping.
If Visa Status Shows “Send to Embassy”
You will need to complete biometric verification through one of the following options:
- Your nearest Etimad Office (charges usually PKR 2,000 to 3,000)
- The official Saudi Bio App on your mobile phone (free of cost, if eligible)
Additional Charges
If embassy submission is required, additional charges for the visa dropbox service will apply (approximately PKR 5,000). We are available to guide and assist you throughout the complete Umrah visa process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Note: Visa approval or rejection is solely the decision of the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa issuance under any circumstances. Visa fees and consultancy charges are non-refundable once the application process has started.
Umrah Packages
We offer complete group umrah packages and customized Umrah packages including visa processing, hotels, transport, and flights. Package prices may vary due to hotel availability, airline fares, exchange rates, or seasonal demand. Once bookings are confirmed, cancellation and refund policies will apply according to supplier rules.
Hotel Bookings
We arrange hotel accommodations in Makkah, Madinah, and other destinations based on your budget and preference. Room allocation, hotel policies, and services are managed by the hotel directly. In peak seasons, similar category hotels may be provided if the selected hotel is unavailable.
Ticketing Services
We provide domestic and international air ticket bookings. Passengers must verify names, passport details, and travel dates before ticket issuance. Changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to airline fare rules and may include additional charges.
Payments
All payments must be made only to official company accounts provided by Umrah Packages Price. Cash payments are accepted only with an official stamped receipt and payment confirmation via WhatsApp.
